AbouT
Hey, I’m Laura, a professional strength coach, personal trainer, and lifelong athlete dedicated to the art of coaching and helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through movement. I design and implement my own coaching systems within CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, sports performance, and prehab/rehab, allowing me to adapt training to the individual while maintaining structure, progression, and long-term athlete development.
With a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and over a decade of experience coaching athletes of all ages, I combine evidence-based training with a supportive, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach, with a style that is technical and fun. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning from injury, or training for a competition, my goal is to meet you where you’re at and guide you toward your fullest potential.
My career has spanned a wide range of coaching environments, including CrossFit gyms, private strength and conditioning facilities, private institutions with collegiate weightlifting and powerlifting programs, and youth sports settings. I’ve served in multiple roles as a head coach, general manager, sports performance coach, and specialist in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and prehab/rehab.
In every role, I’ve designed comprehensive training programs, led group classes, coached one-on-one clients, and taught athletes the fundamentals of strength, mobility, nutrition, and recovery. I’ve trained everyone from elementary and middle-school athletes to national-level competitors to everyday heroes — and I coach each person as the unique individual they are, meeting them where they’re at and helping them build resilience, confidence, and sustainable performance towards their best life.
